Here are some baby steps to follow:
- Discover YOUR Desires. Thumb through magazines or catalogs and choose those images that pull at you. Pay attention to pictures, phrases or single words that seem to tug at your heart. Whether they make sense or not, cut them out and put them aside.
- Create YOUR Treasure Map. After you have gathered your words and pictures, design your map. Use a piece of poster board, notebook or even a wall in your home. Go through your clipping and position them on your canvas. Take your time and play around with positioning them before you paste to make it a “work of art”. When finished, you want to have a feeling of: "Yes! I love this!" Creating a treasure map that feels good may take some time so you may want to let it evolve over a few days.
- Review. Once you have completed your map, ask yourself: Do I notice any themes? Did I choose items that surprised me? Do I “really” want what I've chosen? Have I included inner and outer goals? Then, make any necessary adjustments.
- Display. Put your map in a spot that you will see it every day! By glancing at your Treasure Map each day, you will find that your mind naturally begins to orient your thinking around your desires. It’s the Law of Attraction in action!
