Choose a class that is right for you.  You must pre-register in order to participate in the Group class series.   Private instruction available at the studio or in your home. The information below describes each class experience.  

Svaroopa® Yoga Classes

Svaroopa®Yoga targets and dissolves your core tensions. As soon as you experience this physical release, you realize that something has opened through your whole being. You discover the bliss of your own Self, the essence of your own Divinity. This experience of the Self that Svaroopa®Yoga provides is your birthright.

Foundational Svaroopa® Yoga -Release-Unravel-Renew                 
Experience yourself peeling the layers of tension away from your body like the layers of an onion.  Find a layer and let it go; and another and let it go.  What will you find underneath the next layer?  Is it another layer?  Let this one go too.  How many layers will you find?  What will you discover?  Your essence is just waiting to be discovered.  Find the lightness of your own being, as we release-unravel and renew. (Open to all regardless of Yoga experience. Perfect class for those new to yoga or Svaroopa practices.) 90 minutes

Learn a Home Yoga Practice 
Let us teach you what you can be doing at home to keep your yoga practice going throughout the week.  This class is left simple so you learn the poses and remember what was taught.   In each class you will learn a simple sequence reliable for opening your spine that you can do daily.  Whether you are lying in bed, or sitting in a chair, or with fully supported blanket stacks, your body and mind is calling you to practice and bring yoga into each day of your life. (Open to all regardless of Yoga experience.) 90 minutes

Continuing Svaroopa® Yoga - Revitalize YourSelf with Yoga  
Let us teach you how to bring Yoga into your life.  Over a series of weekly classes you will learn through Yoga how to sit how to stand, how to walk, and develop stamina.  Discover the support your body offers with an open spine. Learn to take the Yoga off the floor and carry it with you through your week. Return to class each week discovering even deeper levels then you imagined. (This is a more active class, Yoga experience is required, you must contact the center before attending.) 90 minutes

Chair Yoga - for the Golden Years
Chair Yoga for the Golden Years. Easy yoga poses to relieve your aches and pains and keep you moving the way you want to. Maybe even make some new yoga pals!
(Open to all regardless of Yoga experience). 60 minutes

Yoga Light
Only have a short time period to fit your yoga into your day?  Enjoy a condensed yet powerful series of poses to refresh and enliven you.  This class is active and settling at the same time.  Designed to squeeze in before your day gets going, over a lunch hour, or on your way back home at the end of the day. 
Yoga Light classes teach you several ways to bring the benefits of Yoga into your daily life. Have more ease, less back and neck pain, feel lighter and stronger. If you've enjoyed the sweet support of the 90 minute classes, find out how to get that reliable release at home or office WITHOUT the blankets and props. Bring a mat and a bath towel to use for your comfort. We will lean into our bones, wall and floor for support, and use our arms, legs and abs to finesse the deep changes the length of your spine. Learn to use your body in a whole new way...Svaroopa style.

Flow Yoga Classes

Flow Yoga
Poses 'flow' and are linked together with movement and breath. This is for students developing a practice and those with an established practice. Offering vigorous sequences. Poses may be modified. 
Each month a new fluid sequence will be introduced and taught allowing the student to experience the opportunity for deeper insight into the process of personal awakening, evolution and self-transformation that is yoga.
(This is a more active class, and a moderate workout some yoga experience suggested .) 90 minutes - No current class scheduled

Qi Gong

Qi Gong
This class consists of easy, gentle and graceful movements that are combined with breath and foused intention which fosters healing and a deep sense of peaceful energy. It is fully guided and can be done with no prior experience.
This Evidence Based Taiji (EBT) class is a seven-movement introductory form containing static and dynamic movement that is purposely challenging yet adaptable to suit persons of all ages and physical abilities.  The EBT program is designed to allow the student to realize a deeper understanding of Taiji and Qigong, and to achieve greater skill and the maximum potential benefits of practice, in a much shorter amount of time.
“Qi” can be translated as “vital energy”.  “Gong” means to exercise or work.  Qigong is the art of nurturing one’s body and spirit, through the accumulation/exercise of the Qi that is the energetic intermediary of the two.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Bad Weather Delays and Cancelations
We operate according to the Central Bucks School District weather delay or cancelation policy.  For evening classes when the weather is icy or snowy please check our registration system for updates. If a class is canceled after you have signed up, you will be sent an email notification.
New Students:

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early on your first day to complete registration.

Please also note the following for your safety: 1) if you are pregnant, you must wait until after your first trimester before taking Svaroopa® yoga classes as a new student. 2) if you have ever had an organ transplant, you are not eligible to take Svaroopa® yoga classes at any time. 3) if you have any concerns as to whether this style of yoga is appropriate for you, please contact us via email prior to attending class so we may answer any questions you may have.

All Current Students:

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to check in and settle into your space before class begins so that we can begin on time.

DRESS IN LAYERS of comfortable clothing you can move easily in, as the studio temperature varies depending on your location in the classroom and the class activity level. Please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or any other heavily scented products. Some of our students and teachers are allergic or sensitive to fragrances. For your best comfort, avoid eating a heavy meal just before class.

General Information:

 Svaroopa ® Yoga Classes require no mats or other yoga gear for you to bring. The studio is fully stocked with props for your convenience.

In a Svaroopa ®Yoga class you experience a supportive and therapeutic setting for your yoga practice.  You will receive individualized assistance with your alignments and hands on adjustments in the poses which creates a deeper release of tension.  Each class is designed to release tensions in the deep muscles along the spine, starting at the tailbone.  With enough release in your tailbone your body will realign from the inside outward.  This release extends through the other levels of your being, offering you the direct experience of deep relaxation, healing and transformation.

Svaroopa ®Yoga  classes that are 90 minutes long, include a beginning and ending Guided Awareness in Shavasana - yoga's Relaxation Pose, a short breathing practice, and 50 to 60 minutes of yoga poses in between.

Svaroopa ®Yoga  classes that are 45-75 minutes long, include an ending Guided Awareness in Shavasana - yoga's Relaxation Pose, a brief breathing practice, and 35 to 60 minutes of yoga poses in between.

Our weekly Svaroopa ®Yoga  classes cover a wide range of poses, with demonstrations, verbal instructions and hands-on assistance whenever appropriate.
