Discover what meditation can do for you.
In this course you will learn and practice several different meditation techniques, in order for you discover what works best for you.

Pooja will take the time to explore different seated positions and give you customized guidance to find what is most comfortable for your body. Each session will begin with 25-35 minutes of time to discuss aspects of meditation and technique. The group will then practice meditation together.  A discussion regarding the mediation experience concludes each class.

After each class you should come away feeling you can go home on your own and meditate.  The spacing of each class in the series allows time for you to practice on your own.

At the end of the three week series you should have a complete understanding of how and why to meditate. 


This meditation course is based in Kashmir Shaivism as is Svaroopa ® Yoga.
