Yoga is a science of consciousness, with predictable stages of inner development.  Amber leads you through an experiential practice of building awareness.  Then leads a discussion as to where the Svaroopa® yogic journey will lead you? 

9:30 - 10:00 Workshop: The Power of the Breath (reservations suggested)

The Yogic breath is healing; Physically, Mentally and Spiritually.  Experience the practice and learn how to incorporate a daily practice into your life.

10:00 - 10:30 Class: Foundations of a Daily Yoga Practice (reservations suggested)

Learn a series of basic poses that you can easily incorporate in your daily life.

11:00 - 11:30 Workshop: Energize Yourself with Self-Care (reservations suggested)

Self-care in action. Create a visual tool you can take with you to enhance and encourage your daily care and practices.

11:30 - 12:00 Class: Standing Strong Yoga (reservations suggested)
Taught by Padma Bliss
Practice yoga on your feet. Leave energized and ready for your day.

12:00 - 12:30 Class: Yoga to Get You Out of Pain (reservations suggested) 
Taught by Padma Bliss 
 Learn poses you can do together or alone in 5 minutes to bring the benefits of yoga into any moment! These are great yoga tools for dealing with pain.

12:30 - 12:50 Workshop: Aromatherapy Wisdom (reservations suggested) 
Lead by the Spa Lady Roberta Fortune
Experience a morning cup of coffee “without” the coffee. Peppermint and orange essential oils will be experience and featured for all who attend this talk.
